‘Lady Macbeth’ finally brought to justice as France begins to atone for role in genocide

Rwanda, a beautiful country of rolling green hills in the heart of Africa, veers wildly between deepest tragedy and sheer comic opera.

Tragedy arrived in 1994 when Hutu tribal extremists began one of the most terrible genocides of the twentieth century.
