THE bodies of 45 dead Ethiopian migrants were dumped at the side of a road in Tanzania after suffocating in a container truck, it was reported yesterday.
Another 72 migrants who survived the horror conditions were found stranded at the scene and were taken to hospital.
Tanzania's deputy home affairs minister, Pereira Ame Silima, said: "When the driver discovered there were people dying, he threw them in the forest and ran away with his vehicle."
