New leader for crisis-hit Tunisia

TUNIS: The president of Tunisia has asked a hardliner from the country's main Islamist Ennahda party to form a government within two weeks.

Outgoing Prime Minister Hamadi Jebal resigned last week amid a crisis sparked by the assassination of secular opposition politician Chokri Belaid.
