OSLO: Norwegian Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg reshuffled his cabinet yesterday, hoping to revive the fortunes of his Labour Party ahead of elections next year.
Mr Stoltenberg moved his foreign, defence, health and culture ministers, and replaced the labour minister in a move seen as the last big effort to revitalise the team.
