TOKYO: The majority of Japanese favour the phasing out of nuclear plants but accept that some reactors must be restarted to secure enough power, a newspaper poll showed.
Conducted a year on from the tsunami-triggered nuclear crisis, the poll comes before a Government decision on whether to restart two idled reactors.
