california: Four men from California have been charged with plotting to kill Americans overseas and in the United States by joining al Qaeda and the Taliban in Afghanistan.
FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller said the four had been arrested for plotting to blow up government facilities and set bombs off in public places.
