Syrian rebels have seized control of a crossing on the border with Turkey and pulled down the Syrian flag.
Eyewitnesses said Syrians on the Turkish side of the border were celebrating and people were moving freely across the border, crawling under barbed wire.
The takeover came after fierce clashes this week as rebels and regime forces fought for control of the Tal Abyad crossing.
