Bobby Lee Hines, 40, was pronounced dead by lethal injection in Huntsville on Wednesday. Hines had been staying in the apartment next door to the victim, Michelle Haupt, 26.

AUSTIN: Prison officials in Texas executed a man for the 1991 murder of a woman who was stabbed with an ice pick and strangled at her Dallas apartment.
