Tributes pour in for Hal David, 91

Musicians and fans have been paying tribute to the lyricist Hal David who has died aged 91.

David who in collaboration with composer Burt Bacharach, wrote some of the most successful songs of the 1960s including I Say A Little Prayer, Anyone Who Had A Heart and Do You Know The Way To San Jose. He died at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on Saturday after suffering a stroke.
