AFTER reading your report (“Scotland is the bookies’ favourite for Prince Harry to hold his stag do”, The Herald, December 5), I have written to Kensington Palace to suggest that the event should be held in The Stags Head, Dumbarton.
It’s a great wee pub and we could get the food in from Mr Kebab’s across the road.
We could also use the opportunity to organise a raffle for Food for Thought (our local food bank) and help the growing number of hungry and destitute locals at the same time. I await a response from the palace.

Why are you making commenting on The Herald only available to subscribers?
It should have been a safe space for informed debate, somewhere for readers to discuss issues around the biggest stories of the day, but all too often the below the line comments on most websites have become bogged down by off-topic discussions and abuse.
