Orkney's Pier Arts Centre wins best building architecture award

An arts centre in Orkney has won one of the most prestigious prizes in Scottish architecture. Last night, the Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland awarded its Best Building in Scotland award to the Pier Arts Centre.
