Unkind observers would say he is over-reliant on wind, but what do they know about clean, sustainable resources?
Yesterday, Johann Lamont was quibbling over the clean part. Specifically, she wanted to know why the First Minister's Government failed for four months to mention that Doosan Energy Systems has decided against spending £170 million on Scotland's renewables revolution.
