David Cameron faced MPs for the last time before the summer recess yesterday.
Every Prime Minister hopes this occasion will be a time to send MPs off to their constituencies, or in some cases, their holiday homes, with high hearts, safe in the knowledge they have done well and can recharge before the new term in September.
