THE sustainable transport lobby is demanding that next week's Scottish Budget provides a boost to bus travel, walking and cycling and a shift away from big road building projects.
Transform Scotland has published a report on the direction Nicola Sturgeon should go in her new Cabinet role overseeing transport, describing the current picture as bleak.
It also claims that without a shift in focus the Government will fail on its climate change targets.
