Cameron hints at bringing back 10p tax rate

David Cameron has raised hopes that the Tories could reintroduce the 10p rate of tax abolished by Labour.

The Prime Minister appeared to give a hint towards possible change as he refused to confirm whether or not he will personally benefit from upcoming tax cuts for the better off.

The 50p tax rate is due to be reduced to 45p in April.
