Concerns over plans for carbon capture

The Government has been accused of putting the UK's advantage in a green energy initiative at risk.

The charge came as the Coalition announced two Scottish bidders – Grangemouth and Peterhead – have been included on a shortlist of four for the next phase of a £1 billion carbon capture technology competition.
