German politicians have called for a delay in the potential £30 billion deal involving the UK's largest defence company.
They warned there were still problems with the proposed BAE merger with the European giant EADS.
The details of the deal are due to be published by October 10 at the latest. However, complications have emerged over issues including the shares of the newly created company.
