A HOLYROOD committee has launched an inquiry into the importance of regeneration to communities across Scotland.
The Local Government and Regeneration Committee will examine what it means in practice, and how effective it has been in terms of reversing economic, physical and social decline of areas throughout the country.
It will also look at whether there is enough funding for regeneration projects.
