THE SNP have hailed as "historic" today's Commons debate on giving Holyrood the power to hold the 2014 independence referendum.
The party said the move ends Westminster's legal role in the vote.
Labour reiterated its call for the Scottish Government to follow Electoral Commission advice.
MPs will debate the Section 30 order, which gives the Holyrood the legal power to hold the vote.
