Referendum talks forecast

THE First Minister and Michael Moore, the Scottish Secretary, are due to talk about referendum issues on the sidelines of the British-Irish Council taking place in Scotland tomorrow.

While officials have been talking behind the scenes, it is thought this will be the first face-to-face meeting since both governments' consultations finished.

The key issue for discussion, now that the referendum timescale of autumn 2014 has been settled, is that of one or two questions.
