Selina decides not to stand for Tories

FORMER broadcaster Selina Scott has decided not to stand as a Tory candidate for her local seat.

The former presenter, 63, had been mulling over whether to offer her name for the Conservative seat of Thirsk and Malton.

Ms Scott said: "This has been a very difficult decision for me."
