The Welfare Reform Committee will take evidence on the impact of the Scottish Budget. MSPs on the committee will also report back on a fact-finding visit to the Department for Work and Pension's Bathgate benefits centre. The Education and Culture Committee continues its scrutiny of the Children and Young People Bill which will provide every child with a "named person", a health worker or a teacher, responsible for their welfare.
