Rt Hon Lord Clyde of Briglands

Lord of Appeal and Senator of the College of Justice; Born January 29, 1932; Died March 6, 2009. LORD Clyde of Briglands, who has died aged 77, was an astute and kindly judge who presided over the Orkney child abuse case of 1991 to 1992 and quite literally wrote the book on judicial review.
