Ruthven Lane plans approved

Plans to demolish one of Glasgow�s most famous boutique shopping areas have been given the go-ahead. Ruthven Property Partnership has been given permission to flatten rundown buildings between Ruthven Lane and Dowanside Lane in the west end.
