Scotland national team coach George Burley has this morning announced his squad to play Northern Ireland in their friendly match at Hampden Park on Wednesday August 20th.
Falkirk defender Darren Barr and Derby County midfielder Kris Commons have been handed their first call-ups, whilst Motherwell's David Clarkston - scorer in Scotland's defeat in the Czech Republic at the end of last season - has once again been selected.
However, there is no place in the squad for veteran Rangers duo David Weir and Christian Dailly, raising questions over the international future of both players.
