BOBBY WILLIAMSON will perform a dramatic u-turn and take charge of Tanzanian champions Young Africans.

The former Hibernian and Kilmarnock manager is now working at Gor Mahia and led them to their first Kenyan league title for 18 years.

He insisted last month he had no intention of switching clubs after being targeted by the ambitious Dar es Salaam club. But he has been handed a lucrative deal by Young Africans and will be officially unveiled this week.

Abdalla Bin Kleb, the Yanga sporting director, said: "The new manager will be good technically and able to help the team and will have a good understanding of African football."
