Barry Ferguson is revelling in his role as interim manager of Blackpool.

The former Scotland captain took charge of the first team for the first time on Saturday having been placed in charge following the sacking of Paul Ince, leading Blackpool to a draw with Doncaster Rovers.

Ferguson left himself out of the matchday squad and instead watched from the dugout as new loan signing Andy Halliday gave his side the lead. Billy Sharp later equalised for Doncaster.

"I've loved every minute of the last three days," said Ferguson afterwards. "After that performance I won't get back in the team, but that doesn't bother me because they are all my mates."
