A SEATING plan for the Scottish League Cup final has been agreed following discussions with Aberdeen and Inverness Caledonian Thistle.

Supporters making the long journey from the Highlands will be housed in the lower tier of the Lisbon Lions stand - the upper tier will be unused - and the near corner of the Main Stand.

Aberdeen will be allocated the rest of the stadium, and both parties declared themselves satisfied with the final arrangements, after Inverness had originally protested when details first entered the public domain. The Inverness chairman Kenny Cameron said: "We are very happy with the allocation agreed, which provides exactly what our fan base was looking for, and thank both the SPFL and Aberdeen for accommodating our wishes."
