TICKETS for team sports and ceremonies will be the first available tomorrow when Commonwealth Games bosses relaunch the sales hotline following its embarrassing collapse last week.
Organisers are taking a "phased approach" to manage demand on the website after it was hit by problems at the initial launch last Monday.
An extra 100,000 tickets for the Games went on sale but problems started almost immediately, with numerous complaints about long delays and issues with finalising transactions.
Sales were suspended in the early hours of Tuesday morning but after a second day of problems, Glasgow 2014 suspended all sales until the issues could be fully resolved.
Tickets will go back on sale over three days from 10am tomorrow after tests by Ticketmaster, Glasgow 2014's official ticketing agent. Places for hockey, netball, rugby sevens and the opening and closing ceremonies will be available from tomorrow.
David Grevemberg, chief executive of Glasgow 2014, said: "Given the demand we've experienced so far and even with a phased approach helping to manage that demand, it's still likely the website and phone lines will be busy at peak times, so in advance we thank everyone for their patience."
Tickets for athletics, badminton, squash and table tennis will go on sale at 10am on Thursday while from 10am on Friday tickets for boxing, rhythmic gymnastics, judo, lawn bowls, shooting, weightlifting and wrestling will be available.
Last week it emerged some sports fans who called the dedicated phone line were charged while listening to an engaged tone, with some customers running up bills of more than £100.
The phone line that will be used from 10am tomorrow will be a free number.
Chris Edmonds, chairman of Ticketmaster UK, said: "We were deeply disappointed by, and would like to apologise again for, the challenges experienced by many customers last week."
