Colin Cameron could become manager of Falkirk at the second time of asking as the SPFL Championship club seek a replacement for Gary Holt.

The former Scotland internationalist was this week named as assistant manager at Norwich City.

The likes of Peter Houston and Danny Lennon have been linked with the vacancy at the Falkirk Stadium, although Cameron has also entered the running. Currently the player-manager at Berwick Rangers, the 41-year-old was a front runner to replace Steven Pressley as manager in March last year.

However, Falkirk had been reluctant to facilitate a move for Cameron's then assistant Lee Makel and talks stalled.
