There was also late drama at Peterhead where Thomas O'Ware's injury-time goal secured a 2-1 win for Morton.

Stefan Milojevic put Morton ahead from a corner early in the second half. Rory McAllister equalised with a penalty before picking up a second yellow card.

Stephen Stirling also struck in stoppage time as Stranraer fought back to draw 2-2 at home to Brechin City. Brechin led through Colin Hamilton and Craig Molloy at half-time. Adam Forde pulled one back.

Chigozie Ugwu scored twice as Dunfermline Athletic defeated Airdrieonians 3-0 at East End Park to claim their first points. Michael Moffat also netted.

Stirling Albion held off Stenhousemuir to win 5-4 at Ochilview.

Gordon Smith (2), Craig Wedderburn, Sandy Cunningham and Darren Smith scored for Stirling. Stenhousemuir's goals came from Bryan Hodge (2), Sean Dickson and Craig Comrie's own goal.
