KILMARNOCK manager Lee Clark insists that the youth and inexperience of his 11 new signings doesn't concern him.
The Rugby Park club today unveiled a team's worth of arrivals, including the newly-announced loan signings of defender Jonathan Burn, midfielder Mark Waddington and goalkeeper Oliver Davies.
The trio were presented on Thursday along with the eight players who had already been confirmed by Killie last week.
Centre-back Burn has come from Midlesbrough after a loan spell with Oldham Athletic, 19-year-old Waddington joins from Stoke City and Welsh keeper Davies has extended his temporary deal from Swansea City.

The oldest of the new players is 22-year-old Callum McFadzean and all of them have arrived from English clubs, but Clark is confident that their appetite for success outweighs any inexperience.
"I was just looking for good players and these lads are good players," he said.
"Good characters as well, which is crucial. As I have always said, birth certificates don't worry us.
"I enjoy working with young players but if there were older ones on the market that I felt were going to make us better, I would have gone for them.
"These lads have shown a real hunger, desire and willingness to come to the club.
"We have looked at some of them very very closely since I have been at the club, some have trained with us for two or three weeks before we made the decisions and some I have worked with before; others I haven't but I have kept a close eye on them.
"I know what they can bring and the main thing for me was they signed very early in the window, which showed a willingness on their part to come to this football club."
Killie must now turn their attention to trimming the squad, with four players heading for the exit after the 12 departures that have already been confirmed.
Tope Obadeyi, Conrad Balatoni, Kallum Higginbotham and Dale Carrick are all unwanted by the club despite still being under contract.
Clark said: "I have to balance the books. We still have four players on the transfer list.
"We are just waiting. Their agents I imagine are working very hard to get some clubs interested in them and see if we can strike a deal financially.
"I think (Obadeyi) is in talks with (Dundee United) but there's nothing finalised at this moment."
Craig Slater rejected a new contract at Rugby Park and Clark has insisted there has been no more contact despite the fact that the midfielder is yet to find a club.
"Craig decided to leave the club so good luck to him," he said.
"I think he's trying to pursue some avenues down south. We wish him the very best.
"We've not gone anywhere near that because Craig indicated he wanted a new challenge."
Why are you making commenting on The Herald only available to subscribers?
It should have been a safe space for informed debate, somewhere for readers to discuss issues around the biggest stories of the day, but all too often the below the line comments on most websites have become bogged down by off-topic discussions and abuse.

We are doing this to improve the experience for our loyal readers and we believe it will reduce the ability of trolls and troublemakers, who occasionally find their way onto our site, to abuse our journalists and readers. We also hope it will help the comments section fulfil its promise as a part of Scotland's conversation with itself.
We are lucky at The Herald. We are read by an informed, educated readership who can add their knowledge and insights to our stories.
That is invaluable.
We are making the subscriber-only change to support our valued readers, who tell us they don't want the site cluttered up with irrelevant comments, untruths and abuse.
