MOUSSA DEMBELE intends to stay with Celtic for the duration of his four-year contract, his agent has revealed.

The French striker has been linked with a summer move away from Parkhead after a sensational debut season in Scotland in which he has scored 27 goals.

On Tuesday, former Hoops midfielder Craig Burley went as far as to say the 20-year-old was 'nailed on' for a move to Chelsea at the end of the season for as much as £40 million.

But speaking to the Daily Record, Dembele's agent Mamadi Fofana denied that he was considering leaving Scottish football and insisted that he intends to remain with the club for another three seasons.

“Moussa doesn’t stress," he said. "He signed a four-year deal at Celtic and, in his head, he’ll be at Celtic for those four years.

“If he has to leave, that will happen at the right time, but it’s not in Moussa’s head or my head.

“In January, there was speculation, but there will always be speculation if he does well.

“It’s good. It means we are all doing well. The boy is doing well, Celtic is doing well and we as agents are doing the right things for everyone."
