Carlos Pena
RANGERS have completed the signings of Carlos Pena and Eduardo Herrera on three year deals.
The Mexican duo become the seventh and eighth players to arrive at Ibrox this summer as boss Pedro Caixinha overhauls his squad ahead of the new campaign.
Bruno Alves, Ryan Jack, Fabio Cardoso, Dalcio, Daniel Candeias and Alfredo Morelos have already put pen-to-paper on Gers deals.
And Pena and Herrera have now sealed their switches to Ibrox after they were granted work permits and finalised their moves.
