ALEX McLeish this morning named his first Scotland squad since returning to the national hot seat.
The Tartan Army face a friendly double-header against Costa Rica and Hungary this month and among the familiar faces in the squad were six players who are yet to be capped by their country.

Oli McBurnie
Club: Barnsley, on loan from Swansea City
Age: 21
This season: Swansea – 12 apps, 0 goals; Barnsley - 7 apps 5 goals
Striker McBurnie is no stranger to the national set-up having represented Scotland at Under-19 and Under-21 level, but he is yet to earn his first senior cap.
Born in Leeds, the 21-year-old joined Swansea City in 2015 from boyhood club Bradford before heading out on loan to Newport, Bristol Rovers and now Barnsley, who he joined on January transfer deadline day.
McBurnie has since notched five goals in seven Championship appearances for the Tykes, but the 6ft 2in front man failed to find the net in 16 Premier League games for his parent club.
Barry Douglas
Club: Wolves
Age: 28
This season: 32 apps, 4 goals
Wolves have been flying high in the Championship this season and former Dundee United left-back Douglas has played a key part in their success, scoring four goals and providing 12 assists in 32 games this term.
The 28-year-old departed Tannadice for Polish side Lech Poznan in 2013 before moving on to Konyaspor in Turkey, but a string of impressive performances in the second tier of English football has propelled him into international contention.
Jon McLaughlin
Club: Hearts
Age: 30
This season: 29 apps, 11 clean sheets
Since arriving at Tynecastle last August, McLaughlin has ousted young Jack Hamilton from the Jambos line-up and become one of the Ladbrokes Premiership’s most consistent goalkeepers.
Under the tutelage of Craig Levein, the 30-year-old has racked up 11 clean sheets in 26 league games this season after previous spells with Burton Albion and Bradford City.
With Celtic's Craig Gordon out injured, McLaughlin faces competition for the number one jersey from Hull City's Allan McGregor and Millwall's Jack Archer for the upcoming friendlies.
Scott McKenna
Club: Aberdeen
Age: 21
This season: 25 apps, 3 goals
The Dons centre-back has begun to fulfil his early promise this season, earning rave reviews since becoming a regular fixture in Derek McInnes’ defence.
The 21-year-old was linked with moves to a number of English clubs during the January window including Hull City, but speculation over his future ended last week when McKenna put pen to paper on a new five-and-a-half-year deal at Pittodrie.
The Dons youngster showed he has more to his game than just defensive qualities when he scored this goal of the season contender against Kilmarnock in January.
Scott McTominay
Club: Manchester United
Age: 21
This season: 17 apps, 0 goals
The international tug-of-war over McTominay’s future finally ended last week when the midfielder committed to Scotland, the country of his father.
McTominay is yet to represent his country at any level, but he has put his hand up for international selection after breaking into Jose Mourinho’s side this season and performing regularly in the Premier League and Champions League.
With Scott Brown bowing out from international contention, there is a spot available in the Scottish midfield. Could the talented McTominay be the man to fill that void?
Dylan McGeough
Club: Hibernian
Age: 25
This season: 35 apps, 0 goals
McGeough has failed to make a senior appearance for Scotland yet, but came through every youth rank earlier in his career.
The former Celtic midfielder has been a key performer in Neil Lennon’s Hibs side this season, only missing one league game in the entire 2017/18 campaign/
Aged 25, the Glaswegian has flourished at Easter Road, helping the club to Scottish Cup glory in 2016 and the Championship title last season, and the playmaker has successfully carried his excellent form into the top-flight in 2017/18 as the Hibees chase a European place.
