INCOMING Rangers manager Steven Gerrard watched Celtic lift the Ladbrokes Premiership trophy then warned them their days of easy title wins are over.
The new Ibrox boss watched Rangers' incredible 5-5 draw at Hibs with new assistant manager Gary McAllister in Dubai, where he was attending his final official Liverpool club function before he officially takes charge in Glasgow on June 1.
Gerrard and McAllister were also viewing Celtic's surprise 1-0 defeat to Aberdeen in the United Arab Emirates, which condemned their new side to third place in the league.

And, as Celtic celebrated lifting their seventh Premiership title in a row, Gerrard issued a warning to Brendan Rodgers that life is about to get tougher for them.
Gerrard said: "Celtic have had it their own way for far too long. This is a massive opportunity for myself and Gary McAllister to go to a huge football club and try to improve things in Glasgow.
"We go up to Glasgow and we will give it our best.
"Liverpool have been fantastic because they actually came to me and said that Rangers would like the opportunity to speak to me.
"I asked them what they thought and they have since given me every bit of support that I needed to go and take the challenge on. I go with Liverpool's blessings."
Gerrard has spent the last few days in the Gulf at a LFC World event and will travel to Kiev for the Champions League Final as part of his TV duties before taking charge at Rangers.
And he pointed out, in a beach hotel Question and Answer session, that Rangers support is set to significantly increase.
He said: "Every fan I have bumped into since the news broke are now officially Rangers fans too so that's been a huge boost for me too.
"I have had so many good luck wishes and messages and it has been really great for me."
And Gerrard stressed he wants to play attacking football when he moves to Scottish football next season.
He's promised Rangers fans he wants to play the game in the same swashbuckling style as his mentor Jurgen Klopp, who he has learned under as Liverpool Under 18s manager.

Gerrard stated: "When you look at the style of football that Jurgen Klopp plays, I think every fan in the world loves watching that.
"He's been absolutely massive for the club. What he does is he speaks honestly and truthfully. When you see a manager speak, you don't want someone to pretend or bat back any question. He answers every single question with honesty and truth and that's what we are about.
"It's one of his values that I hope to take."
Why are you making commenting on The Herald only available to subscribers?
It should have been a safe space for informed debate, somewhere for readers to discuss issues around the biggest stories of the day, but all too often the below the line comments on most websites have become bogged down by off-topic discussions and abuse.
heraldscotland.com is tackling this problem by allowing only subscribers to comment.
We are doing this to improve the experience for our loyal readers and we believe it will reduce the ability of trolls and troublemakers, who occasionally find their way onto our site, to abuse our journalists and readers. We also hope it will help the comments section fulfil its promise as a part of Scotland's conversation with itself.
We are lucky at The Herald. We are read by an informed, educated readership who can add their knowledge and insights to our stories.
That is invaluable.
We are making the subscriber-only change to support our valued readers, who tell us they don't want the site cluttered up with irrelevant comments, untruths and abuse.
In the past, the journalist’s job was to collect and distribute information to the audience. Technology means that readers can shape a discussion. We look forward to hearing from you on heraldscotland.com
