Wanderers were very impressive in the first half despite going a goal behind after Eastwood's mistake between the posts.
Barlow levelled the score, before Atkins and Brown put Wanderers into a 3-1 lead midway through the first half.
The second half was very scrappy, but Atkins managed to score his second and Oxhey's fourth to put the result beyond doubt.
Wanderers now face the tough test of playing league leaders Hemel Hempstead Rovers Reserves in their next game.
Meanwhile, Craig Johnson's two goals for Jomarth Builders were cancelled out by a pair of Met Police Bushey A strikes.
Kings Sports Reserves moved level on points with Division Two leaders SOS Athletic after an impressive 5-1 victory at fourth placed Maple Cross.
Michael Okoro and Andy Colville both struck two each, while Cameron Riccardi was also on target for the visitors. Clive Hall netted Cross' consolation.
Tring Athletic A moved further away from the wrong end of the table with a 3-0 win over Sun Postal Sports A, Paul Gallahad and Eddie Lawrence among their scorers.
Paul Fulham's goal for Kings Langley A was not enough to save them from an early Apsley Junior Charity Cup exit, as visitors Coach and Horses struck twice in the first round tie.
