The Queen's Baton continues its journey through Glasgow today ahead of Wednesday's opening ceremony. 

The Baton Relay is now in its 286th day and has been carried by tens of thousands of bearers across 70 nations and terrotories of the Commonwealth.

Today the Baton will travel to Anderston before making its way through Govan, Hillhead and past the Glasgow canal. It will also pass through Maryhill, Drumchapel and Garscadden before ending its day's journey at Partick West.
