SERBIA have been awarded a 3-0 win over Scotland in their Women's Under-19 European Championships qualifying fixture.
Despite the setback, Scotland have finished second in their group ahead of Albania and Cyprus and will progress to the elite round.
UEFA hit the Scots with a refusal to play charge after Serbian media reports had suggested the fixture on September 19 was postponed because the Scottish players were too hungover to play.
The Scottish Football Association denied the claims, insisting that a sickness bug had hit the squad while they were in Albania.
An SFA statement said that the game was called off "due to an outbreak of acute gastroenteritis that affected nine players from the squad and eight members of the backroom staff."
Scotland's Under-19s will be one of 24 teams to compete in the elite round of qualifying next April, before the final tournament takes place in Northern Ireland in August 2017.
