Hearts management pair Craig Levein and Austin MacPhee will face no further action following their dismissals against Hamilton, Press Association Sport understands.
But both men and both clubs have been warned over their future conduct following the melee which preceded MacPhee's punishment.
The management pair were sent to the stand after separate incidents during Saturday's 1-1 Ladbrokes Premiership draw at Tynecastle.
Scottish Football Association compliance officer Tony McGlennan has reviewed footage and referee Bobby Madden's report and decided no further punishment is necessary.
Levein labelled Madden's decision "bizarre" after he was banished from the touchline when he refused to walk five yards towards the referee for a lecture after the match official had initially run towards him as he complained about a decision.
MacPhee sparked a mass confrontation between players and staff after picking the ball up and hiding it behind his back as Hamilton midfielder Darian MacKinnon tried to retrieve it for a throw.
The pair both ended up on the ground in the ensuing struggle and a police officer stepped in to restrain Hearts goalkeeping coach Paul Gallacher during the mayhem in the technical area.
MacKinnon avoided punishment while MacPhee was ordered off.
