Inverness manager Terry Butcher was delighted to see his side avoid a cup shock against Arbroath.
Caley made it through to the third round of the Scottish Communities League Cup with a 2-0 win thanks to an Andrew Shinnie double.
And with a number of SPL sides already making an early exit from the competition, Butcher was pleased to see his side secure their place in the next round.
