Celtic have been served with a notice of complaint from the Scottish Football Association for an alleged offensive banner which was displayed by supporters during a pre-season friendly match with Norwich City.
Yesterday's notice stipulates that four rules are believed to have been breached through displaying the banner, which related to the demise of Rangers and the subsequent placement of the newco club in the third division.
