WITH just one goal scored at home all season and five straight defeats at the same venue, Tommy Craig wants to see one of his St Mirren players step up to the mark tomorrow as Ross County pay a visit to Paisley.

Kenny McLean is Saints' top scorer on the grand total of three with Stevie Thompson having managed just 27 minutes this season due to a groin problem.

Craig, who has spent all week trying to build confidence with non-stop shooting drills on the training pitch, said: "We know that's where we have let ourselves and the fans down; that finishing touch. We have not played too badly other than one or two games. We just need somebody with the idea of putting the ball in the back of the net."
