Hours after leaving St Johnstone to sign on loan at Dens Park, Finnigan marked his debut with a clinical finish against the club he spent three years with. They celebrated wildly in the Dundee end and the Falkirk fans who booed him on to the pitch were left cursing the intervention. Yet, the real winners on the night were County. They now sit two points ahead of Falkirk with three games in hand.
