The Hibernian manager was under pressure himself following the Easter Road club's 9-0 aggregate thrashing by Malmo in the Europa League but appears to have weathered the storm with an unbeaten four-game run ahead of the weekend visit of Lennon's side.
"It's amazing because just a few months back they won a trophy," Fenlon said. "It's shows you what the game is. People are talking about him losing his job, which is crazy. We're a few games into the season and people are speaking about Danny the same way they spoke about me and it's ludicrous. But you have to be big enough to try and take that. Once you step into that job of being a manager, it's coming no matter who you are."
