Hearts make keeping Sergio 'priority No.1' as possibility of Skacel staying is raised at AGM

HEARTS have made securing their manager, Paulo Sergio, on an extended contract their top priority, according to Sergejus Fedotovas, the Tynecastle club's director.

Speaking at Hearts' AGM, Fedotovas added that there was still hope Rudi Skacel could stay at Hearts.

Fedotovas said: "At present the board sees it as priority No.1 to resolve the situation with the manager. We see Paulo Sergio as a manager we want to keep at the club and we are negotiating to add an extension to his contract.
