Hibs fans vent fury at Regan and Doncaster

HIBERNIAN supporters have said a Rangers newco should be made to play in the Irn-Bru Third Division, making the call in a strongly-worded statement that is highly critical of Stewart Regan and Neil Doncaster.

The Hibernian Supporters Association yesterday challenged the claim made by Regan, the chief executive of the Scottish Football Association, that the game will suffer a "slow, lingering death" if Scottish Football League clubs do not accept Rangers into the first division. They also urged the Scottish Premier League clubs to "address the damage being done to the game" by Regan and his SPL counterpart Doncaster.
