MacLean suspended for St Johnstone's clash with Dundee Utd

Steven MacLean is suspended for St Johnstone's Scottish Premiership clash with Dundee United at Tannadice on Wednesday night.

The McDiarmid Park striker picked up a red card in the last league match against Aberdeen but was eligible for Saturday's 3-1 William Hill Scottish Cup win over Raith Rovers at Starks Park with his ban kicking in against the Terrors.

Defenders Frazer Wright and Tam Scobbie (ankle) and midfielder Murray Davidson (knee) remain on the sidelines.

Provisional squad: Mannus, Mackay, Anderson, B Easton, Miller, McDonald, Wotherspoon, Millar, Hasselbaink, May, O'Halloran, Croft, Cregg, Gilchrist, Dunne, Brown, Iwelumo, Clancy, Banks.
