McGlynn: supporters need to be more 'realistic'

Under-fire Hearts manager John McGlynn has told club's supporters to be "realistic" before criticising his team.

The Jambos boss has been singled out for blame since last Saturday's 3-0 home defeat to Kilmarnock.

Paul Heffernan's hat-trick ensured a miserable day for a youthful Gorgie side, but McGlynn claims fans need to back off while he strives to blood a crop of teenagers.
