Rangers striker Kenny Miller insists a play-off clash with Queen of the South holds no fear for his side.
Stuart McCall's Rangers take on the Doonhamers in the first leg of the play-off quarter-final next Saturday - with Hibernian awaiting the winners - after they could only manage a third place finish in the Championship.
Rangers threw away a two-goal lead at champions Hearts on Saturday but even a victory would not have been enough to wrest the runners-up spot from Hibernian after the Leith outfit collected all the spoils at Falkirk.
Rangers now must successfully negotiate three two-legged ties if they are to return to the top-flight, starting in Dumfries on Saturday.
The Govan club have not scored a goal in two defeats at the home of Queens this season, while Jamie Fowler's side came away with a point at Ibrox in March.
But former Scotland forward Miller, who netted the second on Saturday, insists Rangers will be too strong for Queens if they play to their potential.
He said: "First and foremost we wanted to get a performance against Hearts, a better performance than we've had recently to go in with a little bit of relief and heart into the play-offs.
"I think we got that for 80 minutes although we're disappointed to lose the two goals at the end.
"The performance was definitely something to draw positives from and we can go into the game next week in a decent frame of mind.
"We've had good performances in the past and not quite managed to take it on but now it's make-or-break time.
"It's the play-offs and it's important we go about our business the same way.
"We need to make sure we get that same level of performance and if we do that I think we'll be fine."
Rangers rode their luck during the early stages at Tynecastle and went ahead with a Darren McGregor header in the 32nd minute after the defender connected with a Nicky Law free-kick.
Miller doubled Rangers' lead five minutes before the break when he converted a Richard Foster pass from inside the area.
But Hearts striker Genero Zeefuik climbed off the bench to notch a brace in the final eight minutes. After heading in a Morgaro Gomis cross, the on loan Groningen forward drilled a low left-footed drive beyond Cammy Bell in the 90th minute.
Miller added: "Of course we are disappointed with the result but the way we went about our business for 75, 80 minutes was pleasing.
"The result was immaterial with Hibs winning."
Hearts head coach Robbie Neilson, whose side were presented with the Championship trophy after the final whistle, said: "I would have felt better with a victory but to come back from two-nil down and score the way we did kind of summed up our whole season. We've done it so many times.
"It was great for (Hearts owner) Ann Budge as well. She's the one that effectively saved the club by putting her money in and the Foundation of Hearts will buy it back off her."
